Welcome to NetNeural. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NetNeural website, decentralized infrastructure, and our core product suite: ByteProfit, DataPulse, NodeShield, and EdgeSync (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and represent that you have the authority to do so.
1. The NetNeural Ecosystem
NetNeural provides a decentralized infrastructure layer. Our Services include, but are not limited to, residential proxy networks, AI-driven market intelligence, network security protocols, and edge computing operations.
2. Eligibility and Account Integrity
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for products like ByteProfit.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
To maintain the integrity of our global node network, users strictly agree NOT to use NetNeural Services for:
- Illegal Activities: Any action that violates local, state, national, or international law.
- Network Abuse: Engaging in DDoS attacks, spreading malware, or attempting to breach the security of NodeShield.
- Deceptive Scraping: Using DataPulse or residential proxies to harvest sensitive personal data without authorization or in violation of third-party terms.
- Reselling: Unauthorized reselling of NetNeural infrastructure without an official Partnership Agreement.
4. ByteProfit & Node Participation
Users participating in the ByteProfit network as node operators acknowledge that:
- They provide residential IP resources ethically and voluntarily.
- NetNeural is not liable for local ISP contract violations or bandwidth overages incurred by the user.
- We reserve the right to terminate any node that shows signs of compromised integrity or fraudulent activity.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, logos, and AI-driven algorithms, including the specific logic behind EdgeSync and DataPulse, are the exclusive property of NetNeural or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended business purpose.
6. Service Availability and Uptime
While NetNeural strives for 100% system uptime through our scalable architecture, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, global network fluctuations, or decentralized node migrations may occasionally impact performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetNeural shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the infrastructure, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or system downtime.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NetNeural, its officers, and business partners from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the decentralized network.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the NetNeural ecosystem at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the integrity of our network.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the NetNeural infrastructure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belize.
